FIREWOOD ARRIVES AT STANDING ROCK FROM MENOMINEE INDIAN RESERVATION

STANDING ROCK INDIAN RESERVATION – Lee Miller made the 650-plus trip from the Menominee Indian Reservation in Wisconsin to the Oceti Sakowin encampment near the Standing Rock Indian Reservation late last week with a truckload of firewood.The firewood from the Menominee Tribal Business Enterprise sawmill was donated by two Wisconsin tribes: the Menominee Tribe and the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican.
