​Energy Transfer ‘highly confident’ Dakota pipeline will stay open during review

A federal judge ruled in June that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers didn’t fully study how a potential oil spill would affect the local Native American tribe who depend on nearby water sources. The local tribe is asking the court to shut down the pipeline while the review is being done, while Energy Transfer is arguing to keep the project open.
